Survey of new herbicde (Isoxaflotel) in chickpea fields

This study was carried out usin randomized complete block design with four replications and treatments during 1378-79 on spring chickpea at Sararood research station in kermanshah proviece. In this experiment efficacy of one new herbicide IsoxaOotie (750 W¬Merelin) was campared to one current herbicide Lentagran (600EC¬Pyridate) . Results showed that the best control was applied by Isoxaflotle at 80 gr/ha and Lentagran 2/5litlha (post emergence) on wild safflower'( Carthamus oxyacanthus M. b.) , Wild chicoy ( Cichorium intyhus) , Syrian scabious ( Cephalaria syriaca L.), and haven t been any significant difference between them and check. Yield increasing about 170 and 180 percent was caused by application of Isoxaflotle and Pyridate.
