In order to study grain yield and yield components if new rapeseed lines in late planting date, 23 new lines as long as 5 checked varieties including Hyola401, Hyola308, SLM046, RGS003 and Sarigol were studied in a randomized completely block design with three replication at Seed and Plant Improvement Research Institute in the year of 2009-2010. Planting date was 17th of October which is late planting in Karaj. Analyse of variance for data showed , there is significant difference between lines for plant height at 95% probability and for number of pod per plant, number of seed per plant pod , grain yield and oil yield at 99% probability. There were no significant difference for 1000-seed weight and seed oil percent. The highest grain and oil yield which are 2897 and 1516 kg/ha respectively belong to variety number 8 (29,31,33/6). Hyola 401 was in the second rank in aspect of grain and oil yield with amount of 2510 and 1187 kg/ha respectively. The lowest grain yield was belonged to zabol 16 with 1376 kg/ha and the lowest oil yield was belonged to C4 with 661 kg/ha.
