This experiment was conducted in 2008-10 to evaluate to canola new lines in three location of sub tropical under normal and water stress condition.Tritment consisted of 11 lines obteaned from segregating genaration and one check line (Hyola401) and location are Dezful, Borazjan and Karj. Experimental of design was RCBD with three replication. Individual plot consisted of six row spaced 37.5 cm. Apart and 5 m. long , phenological characteristics and yield components was recorded. In normal condition results of the experiment showed that several new lines are better than or same the check line in different region. At the final results, cultivars number of 1, 9, 11 and 2, 4, 6, 7 and 1, 6, 8 wich had same or increse seed yield above of check line at Dezful, Borazjan and Karj located respectively are recommended for stability advance experiment in Sub-Tropical dry Climates. In water stress condition results of the experiment showed that several new lines are better than or same the check line in different region. At the final results, cultivars number of 1, 4, 5 and 7 and 4, 6, 8 wich had same or increse seed yield above of check line at Dezful, Borazjan and Karj located respectively are recommended for stability advance experiment in Sub-Tropical dry Climates. So, about resistance to Peronospora parasitica disease, results of the experiment showed that cultivars number of 1 ,6 and 8 are better than the check line.
