Bipolar plates have main rule in weight, volume and so economical cost of fuel cell. Bipolar must be having good electrical and heat conduction. Consequently, Material of bipolar was graphite and metal. The corrosion and expensive cost were considered to use polymeric bipolar. The plastic and composite science have been improved and in now use in manufacturing of bipolar plates. In this project, thermoplastic composite was selected as an aim. Many polymers were studied until polyethylene was the best as a matrix. Graphite and carbon black is agent to have a conductive polymer for fuel cell. The composition of mixture and method of blending was concerned to have best quality in mechanical and electrical properties. Optimization was been done and the sample has 50 s/cm electrical conduction (Z-plane) and 25 MPa in Tensile strength.
