The article deals with rational usage of mineral fertilizers according to soil properties of a sugar-beet field, crop rotation plants and organic manure. The rates (kg/ha) of nitrogenous, phosphorous and potash fertilizersfor sugar-beets which are meant for processing are stated. Sugar-beet fertilizer technologies in 1992 are compared. The influence of rations of complex fertilizers on sugar-beet yields in 1993-1995 is analysed. It is emphasized that the influence of mineral fertilizers on sugar-beet yields can be felt only in the case of weed control, weeding or using herbicides.
