[The effects of chelate forms of microelements in poultry feeding]. [English]

The objective of the presented research was to investigate the effects of chelate forms of microelements in concentrate mixtures in poultry nutrition. Based on the obtained results the following can be concluded: 1) substitution of sulphate forms of microelements with chelate forms in ratios of 30% and 100% in concentrate mixtures induced increase of daily gain by 6.98% and 12.80%, respectively; 2) feed conversion according to same order of treatments was improved by 89 and 117 g or 3.85% and 5.06%, respectively; 3) digestibility of chelate forms in comparison to sulphate forms was improved by 16 to 37%, also variations between treatments with 30% and 100% of chelate forms were lower in comparison to sulphate forms of microelements; 4) concentration of microelements in blood serum of chickens was higher in case of treatments with chelates in relation to sulphate forms which is evidence of their better acceptability; 5) by analyzing economical parameters it can be concluded that introduction of chelates into concentrate mixtures for poultry nutrition has caused better feed conversion, in other words, less expensive 1 kg of gain of body mass of chickens; 6) considering the differences in effects of two treatments it can be concluded that substitution of 30% gave good results. 7) from the aspect of environment protection caused by excessive excrement the use of chelates is totally justified.
