The method of capital leasing is defined, its use in agriculture and the related problems are discussed. The two categories of leasing - the financial lease and the operating lease - are explained. The reasons for the use of leasing as well as its advantages and disadvantages are pointed out. The leasing activity of banks, insurance companies and independent leasing companies is described.
