L' influenza della tecnica di alimentazione per gruppi sulla qualita' del latte negli ovini.

A flock of Sardinian lactating ewes was divided into two groups (treated and control) according to the feeding strategy; the control was fed with pasture + concentrate whereas the treated was divided further into three groups (high, medium, low milk production), each of them fed on the basis of its mean production. The fat and protein corrected milk yield and the milk fat content were higher in the treated group; the group feeding strategy (inside the treated group) didn't influence significantly the milk quality.
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]ITALIANO: Un gregge di pecore Sarde e' stato suddiviso in due gruppi dei quali uno (controllo) alimentato tradizionalmente e l'altro (trattato) alimentato con pascolo + alimento unico pellettato (AUP) somministrato inizialmente "ad libitum" e successivamente sulla base della produzione media di tre sottogruppi (alta, media, bassa produzione). La produzione lattea normalizzata e quella di grasso sono risultate superiori nel gruppo trattato; la suddivisione in gruppi non ha influenzato la qualita' del latte.
