ITALIANO: [Gli esperimenti sono stati effettuati dal CERAS in Emilia Romagna per fornire elementi utili alla scelta varietale. Vengono qui riportati i risultati delle prove di primo livello (coefficienti di ripetibilita' e coefficienti ponderali per il calcolo del valore medio) e delle prove di secondo livello (dati di produzione, caratteristiche agronomiche e qualitative), oltre all'elenco delle cultivar analizzate nelle prove di entrambi i livelli. I risultati del 1991 oltre a confermare le indicazione degli anni precedenti forniscono informazioni sull'attuale situazione agricola ed industriale].
