This guide was published by Water Resources Division where it is composed of three parts: Training Courses, Seminars, and Workshops. The second part which is the Workshops includes general informations about each Workshop such as the title, subjects, place of the Training Course, number of participants, organizing parties, participating countries...etc. The section of the participants contains the name, position, country, and organization.
