400 SSR markers were used in order to find out the polymorphism markers between two near isogenic pools. In the first stage of the screen, one SSR marker RM1, which was locating on the first chromosome, was shown the polymorphism between two-near isogenic pools and, also, the linkage relation with the target gene. In the second steps of screen used all the SSR markers, which was on the first chromosome, two additional SSR markers-RM272 and RM9-were shown the polymorphism. The genetic distance between each of three SSR markers found above and target gene was calculated by the use of the genetic mapping program. The floral organ mutant gene (SI1) was located between RM272 and RM9 and closely related with RM272 in the distance of 0.3cm.
