DEUTSCH: Nur 45.5% des bakteriellen N war auf Pansenammonium zurueckzufuehren. Der Blutharnstoff-N bestand zu 10% aus Ammonium- und zu 90% aus abgebautem Aminosaeuren-N. Bei einem Plateau im Aminosaeurenpool muessten 25% der im Duodenum absorbierten Aminosaeuren (AS) aus im Pansen nicht abgebauten Futter-AS stammen. Auch nach 4-woechiger Infusionsdauer war keine Plateauanreicherung im Plasmaprotein erreicht. Eine Extrapolation ergab, dass erst nach ca. 7 Monaten ein (15)N-Plateau erreicht werden wuerde. Gute Uebereinstimmung der (15)N-Plateauanreicherungen von Plasmaprotein und Milchprotein. Entwicklung eines Modells zur Wiedergabe der N-Bewegungen.
