The experiment was conducted in Tungkop Village, Kecamatan Darussalam, Kabupaten Aceh Besar from July to October 1989. The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of Gandasil B with different concentrations and the difference time of applications on yield of common pea (Vigna sinensis L.). The fertilizers used were Urea (17 gram/plot), TSP (51 gram/plot), KCl (34 gram/plot) and an inorganic fertilizer of manure has been given as a basal treatment. The white Penang variety was used in this experiment. The design employed was Randomized Block Design with two factors. The factors were: I. The concentration of Gandasil B Control 1,250 gram/liter of water, 2,250 gram/liter of water, 3,375 gram/liter of water, and 4,500 gram/liter of water. II. The time of applications was every 5 days, every 10 days, and every 15 days. The result of this study showed that: The concentrations of Gandasil B was significant difference on all parameters observed. The time of applications was significant difference on all parameters observed, except for the length of fresh pods. There was interaction between concentration of Gandasil B and the time of application on the number of the length of the fresh filled pods, weight of fresh filled pods, weight of fresh and dry plant.
