An experiment was conducted on 36 bulls of Lowland Black and White breed fed compound rations containing 0, 15, 30 and 40% of dehydrated broiler litter. There were no negative effects of dehydrated broiler litter on fattening results. Carcass analysis showed that the experimental bulls had statistically higher content of lean and less fat at the similar weights of cuts. Their meat had less intramuscular fat, darker colour and showed higher loss during thermal processing.
