DEUTSCH: Bedingt durch die zunehmende Automatisierung von Prozessablaeufen kommt der Lagerung und Bereitstellung von Rohstoffen und Backzutaten fuer die Backwarenherstellung immer groessere Bedeutung zu. Im einzelnen wird ueber Silo-Austragung, pneumatische Foerderung von den Silos zur Waage, Verwiegesysteme, Dosier- und Verwiegesteuerung und Sicherheitsmassnahmen ausfuehrlich berichtet.
