The useful rate of phosphate absorption is comparatively as high as over 16% in Chinese cabbage and below 10% in other vegetables. The content of phosphate in body of vegetable grown in the soil containing 20 mg mobile phosphate in soil was increased to 104-120% and 116.9-141.5%, in total absorption of phosphate per plant as compared with the trace of content of mobile phosphate in soil.
