Experiment of Cirrhinas microlepis for brood stock was done in three-800 square m earthen ponds by feeding with NIFI feed formula No.2. Three different densities of Cirrhina microlepis which has an average initial weight of 53.54 gram and initial length of 20.15 cm was carried out at 25, 50 and 75 fishes per pond, respectively. The feeding rate was 5 % of body weight and was adjusted monthly. Results indicated that 9-month experiment fish at stocking density of 25 fishes per pond had initial weight of 1,228.57 gram and initial length of 46.81 cm, at stocking density of 50 fishes per pond initial of 820.00 gram and initial height of 42.50 cm and experiment fish at stocking density of 75 fishes per pond initial weight of 486.66 gram and initial lenght of 35.22 cm. Results of the experiments: fish at stocking density of 25 and 50 fishes per pond was fertile and it was suitable for becoming the brood stock. However, fishes at stocking density of 75 fishes per pond was fertile in 10th month.
