The four groups of pigs were fattened using complete feeds, PT1 and PT2. The whole amount or one part of soybean meal in these mixtures was replaced by a commercial rapeseed meal or meals from new varieties of rape of 00 type. The supplement of meal from 00 rape type had improved body gain and consumption of pigs, especially in the first period of fattening. The effect of tylosin added to feed mixtures containing 00 rape meal was better than of Zn-bacitracin. No significant effect of type of rape meal on slaughter value and meat quality has been stated.
