A survey of Libyostrongylus douglassi on ostrich farms in eastern Victoria [wireworm]. [Short contribution].

Wireworm larvae were cultured from 13 (22 percent) of the 59 Gippsland farms which responded to a survey. Corresponding figures for the North East were 4 (36 percent) of 11 farms. The findings indicated that wireworm was present on about one-quarter of the farms surveyed. This estimate is likely to be conservative.
