Perspectives of the development of agriculture depend on conditions of the economical stabilisation of its functioning at present. It is necessary to elaborate and adopt the farming mechanism, creating possibiblity of balanced activity of the economical factors - prices, credits, taxes, etc. The economical factors have to stimulate the effective production and farming activity of the commodity producers and prevent unrational utilization of the resources.
