Rezistentnost sojeva Rhizobium leguminosarum prema antibioticima.
1990
Jarak M.
Resistance to antibiotics was analyzed after the method of Egeraat (3). The following antibiotics were used: streptomycin, kanamycin, polymyxin, chloramphenicol and neomycin (in concentrations of 25, 50 and 100 micro g/ml and penicillin (in concentrations of 250, 500 and 1.200 i.u./ml). After 48 hours of incubation at 28'C, resistance level was scored on the basis of inhibition zones. The results obtained showed that the tested strains exhibited the highest resistance to penicillin. The lowest dose of chloramphenicol (25 micro g/ml) inhibited the largest number of strains. Also, the strains displayed a considerably lower resistance to neomycin and kanamycin in the concentration of 100 ug/ml.
