DEUTSCH: Die Synthese der fuer das Wachstumshormon des Huhns kodierenden cDNA (STH-cDNA) wird beschrieben. Damit steht eine "Sonde" fuer die Identifizierung des entsprechenden Gens des Huhnes zur Verfuegung. Darueberhinaus kann diese cDNA zur genetischen Synthese des Wachstumshormones des Huhnes eingesetzt werden.
