Used preparations (NAN, Florograna, distilled water) in the investigated concentration did not cause substantial differences among statistically analysed features (root mass, content of sugar and biological yield of sugar). NAA in the concentration of 0.005 percent slightly speed up of the field germination. The least of deformated roots was found in the combination of NAA. In the laboratory conditions concentration 0.040 percent NAA was occurred as the most stimulating seed germination.
