Analysis of the power and electricity demand in the dairy plant

Based on the analysis of daily and weekly electric load power variability the typical daily power load graphics for medium-sized dairy plant were determined, which can be used to short-term forecasting of power and electricity demand. For the purposes of forecasting electricity demand over longer time horizons, regression models using the relationship between monthly consumption of electricity and the quantity of processed milk and season were developed
