It is very difficult to measure minerals blood levels in the bullfight cattle, in their natural environment. This is mainly due to aggressive behavior of animals, the risk of animal injury and especially the interest of farmers to avoid contact between the man and the bull. It is assumed that change in values of some biochemical parameters in vitreous and aqueous humors not happen easily. These humors also rarely become contaminated with blood or bacterial agents. We evaluated the concentrations of some macrominerals (calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), phosphorus (P), sodium (Na) and potassium (K)) in both fluids after the fight, with the aim to study the correlation between both eyefluids values. The values obtained for aqueous and vitreous humor were, respectively, Ca (1.29 and 1.55 mmol / l), Mg (0.7439 and 0.73 mmol / l), P (1.34 and 0.48 mmol / l),K (4.9491 and 6.64 mmol / l) and Na (135.29 and 91.46 mmol / l). Except for phosphorus, there was no correlation in most parameters between the two humors.
