This paper presents the results of Kragujevac varieties of winter triticale (Kg 20, Favorit and Trijumf). Research conducted at the Center for Small Grains in Kragujevac (Serbia) during 2007-2008. The average protein content of triticale cultivar Kg 20 was 13.200% while triticale cultivar Favorit had 13.287% and Trijumf 13.615% of dry matter (DM). Established significant differences from the point of impact was on the average protein content of triticale cultivars tested were not statistically significant, P is greater than 0.05.
