In order to study and laboratory analysis parameters of diesel engine heater, the Institute of IMR was implemented a modern mechatronic system for measuring, monitoring data and testing process. The resultant ability to work sites and a heater in a certain way, a measure of capacity heater to perform the functions set out the criteria at a given time, the circumstances and effects of disruption in the operation of diesel engines. The development of technology have made new breakthrough in modern instrumentation and mechatronic measuring systems. This allowed the use of computers in field trials and working heater diesel engines, where their flexibility to store and view data in particular came to the fore. Digital communication has led to the formation and a set of standards for transmission of digitized data, so that their control, visualization and subsequent processing, has become virtually unthinkable without the implementation of computer technology. An electrical signal from the sensor, which corresponds to the physical size of the change in most cases is disproportionate measured by physical appearance. Such signals before digitization must be adapted and strengthened. Digital systems are practically insensitive to noise and drift, provide an easy transfer of data is achieved easily galvanic isolation, with wide possibilities of digital signal processing and programming, which makes them especially superior to analog systems. This mechatronic system for data monitoring and measuring the size of the interrogation process heater diesel engines in the laboratory as a liaison between the conditioner, a module for receiving and processing digital signals that communicate using RS-485 bus with one hand and a PC with RS-232C connection with on the other hand, uses a typeconverter Advantech ADAM-4520th. For this test was applied synchronous serial data transmission, which means that data transfer is done in blocks. The data, measuring the physical size of the sensor, simply transmitted in digital form as the logical levels can be easily detected, which defines the signal amplitude. Programmable to allow the work done during the change of the characteristics themselves conditioners and that is: scale, offset, gain, filtering, speed communication and calibration. The functionality, accuracy, speed and collection of information processing speed test in laboratory conditions and exploitation. Makes it easy to control and configure the parameters of units depending on the changes of metrological requirements.
