This scientific paper describes results of demo experiment on Novi Sad’s sunflower hybrids in Sombor area. The experiment was conducted in 2011 which was good agricultural meteorology year sunflower production, during the vegetation period. There were 6 hybrids in the experiment. The best yields were brought by following hybrids Šumadinac, Novosađanin and Branko. The highest oil content was found in Baća, Šumadinac and Bačvanin. The best oil yields were brought by Šumadinac, Baća and Novosađanin hybrids.
