The main objective of this research is to examine the manifested trends, structure, and regionally comparative analysis of exports, imports and foreign trade of agro-industrial products between the Republic of Serbia and the countries of Danube region. Republic of Serbia has exported agro- industrial products valued at $ 346.2 million averagely. In the analyzed time period (2004-2010.) export to the region countries is growing at a moderate rate of 9.2 per year. The most important export is carried out to Germany, which has absorbed a third of average exports. Average import was 187.1 million dollars, with a growing endency at a moderate rate of 7.5% per year. Republic of Serbia has recorded a positive balance of foreign trade with countries in the region in the amount of 159.1 millions dollars. The negative balance was achieved with Croatia, Bulgaria and Moldova.
