Problems of increasing of agricultural lands use efficiency | Проблемы повышения эффективности использования сельскохозяйственных земель

anglais. Soil fertility decrease is the actual problems of the agriculture which has become aggravated for years of reforms in all CIS countries. The reasons of decrease in productivity of grain and other agricultural crops and growth of a production price owing to falling of land use efficiency (on an example of Renijsky area of the Odessa regon of Ukraine) are researched. The methodical approach in questions of diagnostics of use of economic potential of the land and reserves of its increase is improved. The estimation of modern level of efficiency of use of farmland is given, mathematical dependence between the cost value and productivity of goods is proved. The formulas are resulted thereupon, allowing to specify profit per 1 hectare of the land, and also its gain at the expense of productivity growth. With known value of constant and variable costs and expected price, it is possible to predict reliably the minimum productivity of cultures below which unprofitability comes. Experience of many agricultural enterprises shows that at cultivation and harvesting of grain crops and sunflower only at the expense of improvement of cultivation quality it is possible to raise the outcome per area unit by 10-15%, and even more on vineyards and gardens, that will lead to appreciable growth of profit. The method of calculation of marginal profit and profitability of plant growing on example agriculture production cooperative "Novosel'skoye" is stated. The primary goals on strengthening of economy of industry, increase of efficiency of the land and return on sales, a choice of effective technology of cultivation of agricultural crops are formulated. The conclusion is drawn on necessity of 1.5-2 times increase of sowing of crops of bean cultures and first of all long-term grasses for the purpose of increase of fertility of the land in the region.

russe. Проблема снижения плодородия обострилась за годы реформ в странах СНГ. Исследуются причины снижения урожайности зерновых и других сельскохозяйственных культур и роста себестоимости продукции вследствие падения эффективности использования земли (на примере Ренийского р-на Одесской обл. Украины). Усовершенствован методический подход к вопросам диагностики использования экономического потенциала земли и резервов роста его повышения. Дана оценка современного уровня эффективности использования сельхозугодий, обоснована математическая связь между себестоимостью и урожайностью продукции. Приводятся формулы, позволяющие определить прибыль в расчете на 1 га земли, а также её прирост за счет роста урожайности. Зная значение постоянных и переменных затрат и предполагаемую цену, можно достоверно прогнозировать урожайность культур, ниже которой наступает убыточность. Опыт многих сельхозпредприятий показывает, что при возделывании и уборке урожая зерновых культур и подсолнечника только за счет повышения качества проводимых технологических операций можно повысить выход продукции с единицы площади на 10-15%, а на виноградниках и садах ещё выше, что приведет к заметному росту прибыли. Излагается методика расчетов предельной прибыли и рентабельности растениеводства (на примере СПК «Новосельское»). Сделан вывод о необходимости увеличения в регионе площадей посевов бобовых культур и многолетних трав в 1,5-2 раза с целью повышения плодородия почв.
