Products made from sheep's and goat's milk becoming increasingly popular by the consumers. The keeping of dairy sheep or dairy goats is therefore a very interesting branch of business. For promotion of these branches working groups have been installed in Austria, whose members make accurate records of their farms. The analysis of the data gives an overview of the economic success of the operation.
