anglais. This study is realiesed for two basic purposes. First one is to produce haploid plants from naked seed pumpkins (Cucurbita pepo var. styriaca) with irradiated pollination technique and the second one is to research the most suitable doses of irradiation for this aim. In the research the shelled seed pumpkin genotypes are also used as control and a total of fifteen genotypes were used as plant matarial . Three irradition dosses of gamma rays (50, 100 and 150 Gray) were tested .

Birincisi kabuksuz çekirdek kabaklarında (Cucurbita pepo var. styriaca) ışınlanmış polen uyartımıyla haploid bitki elde edilmesi; diğeri de bu amaca yönelik olarak en uygun ışın dozunun araştırılmasıdır. Araştırmada tanık olarak kabuklu tohumlu kabak genotipleri de kullanılmıştır. Toplam on beş genotipin kullanıldığı araştırmada 50, 100 ve 150 Gray ışın dozları denenmiştir. Çalışmada tüm genotiplerde toplam 2073 embriyo elde edilmiştir ve bu embriyoların 979 adedi bitkiye dönüşmüştür.
