anglais. In this study, some physical properties of some legumes such as kidney bean (Phaselous vulgaris L. cv. Barbunia), pea (Pisum sativum L.)and cowpea (Vigna sinensis L.) seeds were evaluated as a function of moisture content. The experiments were conducted at three moisture content.

turc. Bu çalışmada, bazı baklagil tohumlarının (barbunya (Phaselous vulgaris L. cv. Barbunia), bezelye (Pisum sativum L.) ve börülce (Vigna sinensis L.)), bazı fiziksel özellikleri nem içeriğinin bir fonksiyonu olarak belirlenmiştir. Denemeler üç farklı nem içeriğinde yürütülmüştür.
