At present days which the borders are not obvious even cancelled and all the markets are globalized, it is possible to achieve the surviving in the food sector like in all other sectors by satisfiying the customer expectations, ensuring the food safety and quality. For these properties systematic approach is necessary.

Söz konusu özellikler için ise sistematik yaklaşım gereklidir.
