Survey and análisis of the impact and economical-social influence that represents to each municipality the fishery activity develop in Melchor Ocampo Dam; the number of fisherman that lives in each municipality; location of reception centres and the process centres of Tilapia; etc., was determine that the study must be related to Angamacutiro, municipality in which it´s located the dam base and besides, in that municipality lives the most fisherman.
