The aim of this work is to establish the relative part of precipitations N, irrigation depth M and water supply from autumn-winter season W in evapotranspiration ET formation of grain corn depending on irrigation regime. Other aim is to determine evapotranspiration productivity. The experiment was carried out during 2004 – 2009 period on the experimental field of Agricultural University – Plovdiv with late maturity corn hybrid Kneja – 613. Soil on the experimental field is Mollic fluvisols FAO–UNESCO. The following variants were tested: 1 without irrigation; 2 irrigation rate 25% 25%m 3 50%m; 4 75%m; 5 optimum irrigation by 75% FC for the layer 0 – 80 cm 100%m; The follow is ET formation in average: variant 1 N = 68.4%; W = 31.6%; variant 2 N = 59.0%; W = 26.6%; M = 14.5%; variant 3 N = 51.9%; W = 22.8%; M = 25.3%; variant 4 N = 45.3%; W = 20.5%; M = 34.5%; variant 5 N = 41.2%; W = 16.3%; M = 42.5%. Increasing of irrigation rate decreases N, W relative value of ET formatting, and increases value of irrigation. There are no significant differences of ET by different irrigation regimes. The maximum value is between 50 and 100% of irrigation depth
