In the article methodical receptions of analytical process of research of a level of granting and quality of use of budgetary funds are considered. Method of an estimation of influence of target financing on a gain of a sales volume, the four-factor's model of a recoupment of target financing and calculation of the corrected index of the state support are offered in the publication. Target financing of the agricultural organizations of the Grodno area is analyzed for 2008-2010. The presented directions of the state support analysis technique development allow to increase a qualitative level of researches in the field of rendering the state support to the organizations of agrarian and industrial complex, namely: - Allocation of budgetary financing by a separate position increases qualitative parameters of the analysis of the capital formation and use by the agricultural organizations; - The developed multiplicative four-factorial model will enable detailed elaboration at an estimation of factorial influence of parameters on a level of the target financing recoupment; - Use of the corrected index of the state support allows determining by means of application of analytical toolkit of the complex economic analysis dynamics of subsidizing of branch in conditions of the generated system of the taxation of the agricultural organizations.
