Совершенствование первичной обработки молока при доении коров в стойлах в переносные доильные ведра

In course of the research there was studied efficiency of application of filtering elements FTOG of manufacture of a domestic-owned firm 'Stokfer' (Minsk) for additional clearing of milk on farms with the fastened maintenance of cows and milking in portable milking bucket. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in the unitary enterprise 'Goretskoe' (Mogilev region) on the dairy farm 'Shishevo', on which contain cows of the Belarus black-motley breed. The maintenance of animals is tethering, milking is carried out in portable milking buckets. As a result of realized research, there was revealed, that using of this device made it possible to make 100% of production of the first group of cleanliness. The additional filtration of milk made it possible to improve considerably its sanitary and hygienic condition by authentic decrease in bacterial impurity on the average on 20.7 – 35.3%. Also it was established that application in the scheme of a preprocessing of milk of a new filtering element does not render negative influence on the content in it of fat, fiber and somatic cells.
