In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was determined interrelation between the crop production process in the values of yielding capacity and grain quality of cereal crops (barley (Hordeum vulgare); oat (Avena sativa); spring and winter wheat (Triticum aestivum)) which were grown in the conditions of the western region of the republic. As a result of the study there was determined the influence of the production process on the crop value yield in researches with the crops. The maximum increase of crop yield were received at the high level of growing process (2,1-42,4 center/ha). The increase of grains of summer grain crops has made from 9,5 up to 42,4 center/hectares, a winter wheat - 2,1-3,9 center/hectares, confirming with that the primary role of chemical substances use in intensification of plant production processes. This role exceeded the role features of a variety used. Higher expenses of straw on forming grain unit at intensification of the productive process were determined. The crop yield increase at the same time was not corresponded by the improvement of carbohydrate quality of barley, oat, spring and winter wheat (starch content), but it led to increasing in protein and albumen provision, except for nonprotein nitrogen and index of deformation of gluten in winter wheat seed.
