In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was studied the influence of vitamins and enzymatic agents in diets of fattening sores on their slaughter indexes and meat products quality. Research on studying the influence of vitamins (by the example of vitamin Bt - carnitine) were realized at animals of large white breed of the Belarusian meaty type in the conditions of a pig-breeding complex Dnepr of Orshansky district in the Vitebsk region (Belarus). Research on studying of enzymatic agents was realized under production conditions a Pig-breeding Complex of AIC n.a. Uritsky in the Gomel area (Belarus). In course of the realized experiments there were studied the following parameters: carcass weight, slaughter yield, carcass yield, morphological structure of carcass, chemical composition of meat. Research results showed that as a result of administration of the studied agents and the vitamin, the carcass yield increased by 1,13-2,03%, the content of muscular tissue in carcass increased on 0,3-1,6%, protein content in meat increased up to 0,13-1,59%, amino acids - on 0,2-0.8% and vitamins - to 29,1-80,5%.
