In order to study on role of optimal application of nutrition on date palm inflorescence rot disease (khamedj), an experiment was conducted in Shadegan region of Khouzestan province, through 2005-2009. In spite of 4 th year, treatments were applied with 20 kg of manure and chemical fertilizers based on general recommendation applied for each tree in winter by localized placement method (Chalkood). This experiment was carried out with ten treatments and four replications in a Randomized Complete Block Design on 40 'Sayer' date palms during four years. Treatments were consisted of T١: Control (without Fertilizer) T٢: Using fungicide (Benomil, ١.٥:١٠٠٠) T٣: Application of optimum level of chemical fertilizer (N, P, K) T٤: Application of micronutrient elements T٥: Application of N,K and P with micronutrient elements T٦: Application of N and K with micronutrient elements T٧: Application of P and K with micronutrient elements T٨: Application of N and P with micronutrient elements T٩: Application of optimum level of chemical fertilizer(N, P, K) with zinc sulfate, ٥٠% more than optimal application T١٠: Application of optimum level of chemical fertilizer(N, P, K) with K, ٥٠% more than optimal application. Every year, disease incidence and disease severity in May and yield of treatments in September were measured. The results showed that there were no different significantly among treatments aspects of disease incidence, disease severity and yield. whoever based of Duncan's Multiple Range Test, Potassium and phosphor of leaves were different in some treatments.
