Barhee date palm is one of the most sensitive date palm cultivars to pollination. Early or late in pollination can increase parthenocarpic fruit formation. Some side effects were seen in imported tissue cultured date palm trees from united king down ,for example fluctuation in fruit set after maturity, caused their culture undermined. In present research the effects of agro technical factors on fruit set were studied on tissue culture derived date palm trees. This experiment was carried out during 2008 to 2010, based on T- test using two 18-palm groups of Barhee cultivar with 5-year bearing old in average. In one group the agro technical factors were conducted base on research recommendations and the other managed on local rules. The results showed that there was a significant difference between two groups in fruit set in first and third years of experiment. The agro technical treatment increased 4.4 fruits per strand or 12.6 percent and decreased 5.5 percent in fruit drops as compared to local treatment. Infact, this treatment resulted in 27.5 percent increased in seeded to total fruits ratio, clarifying the positive effects of agro technical operations especially pollination based on research recommendations in barhee date cultivar.
