The Study of Effect of Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria on Some Nutrients Uptake and Yield of Wheat

The soil in most wheat cultivation areas in Iran has rather high pH and therefore nutrient elements like phosphorous which their absorbability are related to pH, are fixed. Despite the large quantity of phosphorous in soil, solution and absorbable forms, are less than required amount which is necessary for proper plant growth and insufficiency of them especially in those which are much in demand such as wheat is one of the production limiting factors. Through this study, we examined the effects of triple super phosphate, organic matters and phosphate solubilizing microorganism on three types of soils with different phosphorous accessibility in order to test the quantitative and qualitative of wheat yield. The experiment was carried out in the factorial based on randomized complete block design. The factors were: 1- phosphate solvent bacteria In three level of, standard, Pseudomonas and Bacillus bacteria, 2- triple super phosphate in three level of 0, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% and 3-organic matter in 2 levels of 0 and 15 ton/ha in three type of soil with different phosphorous accessibility (less than 5, 5 to 10, 10 to 15mg/kg soil). The results showed that the most amount of yield has been recorded in pseudomonas bacteria treatment with organic matter and 75% phosphate fertilizer with the least absorbable phosphorous of soil. The Treatments, in which just pseudomonad bacteria had been used, showed significantly higher yield in comparison with the control one. Ultimately, it can be said that in this trial, phosphate solvent bacteria had noticeable impact on dry matter and concentration of measured elements such as nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, iron and Zink.
