order to investigation of rapeseed cultivars reaction to delayed planting in mild cold area, an experimental was carried out in a split plot design based on RCBD with four repl ications for two years in three regions of Karaj , Esfahan and Kermanshah. Treatments were Included: I. Planting date in two levels as main plots such as common planting and delayed planting. 2. Varieties as sub plots including of 29 cultivars , Dexter, SLM046. Zarfam, Okapi, Talaye Licord Herkules, Vectra , Orient, Dante, Frederic, Orient, Frederic, ORW201-300I , ORW20- 3002 , RG4504 , Ebonite . Elite, Talent, Olpro. inatra, ahara, Celsius, Sunday Modena, Geronimo, Opera, ARC-5 ,AR -2, ARG¬91004 and Milena. The results Showed that simple effect of planting date and variety on seed yield and oil yield were significant at 1 % level probability. Sahara in common planting (43 48 and 2037 kg/ha) had the highest seed yield and oil yield respectively. Elite in delayed planting (3033 and 1354 kg / ha) had the highe t oil yield respectively. impie correlation among characters hawed that seed yield with oil Percent , oil yield biologic yield and harvest index had significant correlation at I % level Probability
