New genus and two new species of Oncotympanina stat. nov. (Hemiptera: Cicadidae: Cicadini) and the erection of Sonatini new tribe

The tribe Oncotympanini Ishihara, syn. nov. is synonymized with Cicadini Latreille (Hemiptera: Cicadidae). A new subtribe, Oncotympanina Ishihara, stat. nov., is placed within Cicadini for the Philippine genus Oncotympana Stal and a new genus, Neoncotympana Lee, gen. nov. A revised description of the genus Oncotympana is also provided. Two new species, Oncotympana averta Lee, sp. nov. and Neoncotympana leeseungmoi Lee, sp. nov., are described from the Philippines. The Asian continental genus Sonata Lee, previously placed in Oncotympanini, is transferred to the tribe Sonatini Lee, new tribe.
