За годы независимости аграрный сектор претерпев коренные структурные перемены, прошел путь развития, основанный на объективных законах и функционирует на основе существующих рыночных принципов. Одним из основных опорных точек формирования и развития этих принципов составляет механизм здоровой конкуренции. Полное формирование и развитие этого механизма является одним из основных направлений экономической политики, проводимой в аграрном секторе. Наряду с этим, правильное использование существующих ресурсов при внедрении здесь современных технологий также обладает существенным весом. В статье, всесторонне касаясь вышеуказанных задач, выдвигаются конкретные предложения в направлений эффективного их решения.
