The objective of the paper was to determine the impact of the application of organic fertilizers, manures and biosludge on the occurrence of the epigeic groups in the locality of AAH Kolíňany during the years 2006 to 2009. The method of ground traps was used, which were exposed in these variants: 1st variant - control variant; 2nd variant 25 t per ha of the manure; 3rd variant - 50 t per ha of biosludge; 4th variant - 50 t per ha of the manure; 5th variant 100 t per ha of biosludge. During the four-year period 72 862 specimens of epigeic constituents of animals were obtained, belonging to 21 taxonomic groups. In all the variants, there was dominant representation of Coleoptera, Acarina, Araneida, Collembola, Larvae, Opilionida and Diplopoda. Other groups, such as Chilopoda and Diplopoda, Heteroptera, Diptera and other showed only the level of recedent, or subrecedent representation. From the viewpoint of variants evaluation, the maximum number of specimens was marked in 1st control variant, 16154 ex. The lowest number was obtained in the 5st variant, with the aplication of 50 t per ha of biosludge, 12 738 ex. The value of the similarity of the variations within the species identity according to Jaccard ranged from 77.27 to 95.00%. The value of the identity of dominance according to Renkonen achieved value from 85.98 to 96.09%. The calculated average value of the index of diversity was 1.3857. The calculated results are proof of the suitability of the conditions and stability of the environment, where applied amounts of organic fertilizers positively influence the presence of epigeic groups and reflect stability of the monitored agroecosystem.
