In 2009 and 2010 was to moderate the soil cultivated amaranth Oscar Blanco variety of species A. caudatus. In 2010, we investigated the effect of fertilization variants (Hl-no fertilization control, H2-50 kg per ha N, H3-100 kg per ha N, H4-150 kg per ha N) for the production of phytomass and its composition (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, fiber, ash). Nitrogen also had a significant effect on the nitrogen content in stems, leaves and inflorescence of amaranth. P and K content was high indirect correlation depending on fertilizing alternatives. The content of Ca and Mg in different parts of different plants. The indirect correlation depending on the nitrogen content of the fiber in stems and leaves of amaranth. Most fibers were found in the inflorescence (r = 0.85++). The ash content was high indirect correlation depending on the application of nitrogen fertilizers in stems and inflorescence. Influenced the composition of phytomass year terms. Index of all substances in amaranth plants was higher in 2010 than in 2009.
