The aim of the study was to obtain the knowledge about the influence of different variants of nutrion and fertilization, tillage methods on indicators of an individual. A field stacionary experiment was caried out during 2001 - 2005 at the experimental base of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Dolná Malanta. The tillage treatments were: Ol - conventional tillage, 02 - reduce tillage, 03 - minimized tillage. The variants of fertilization were: HI - without fertilization, H2-balance fertilization to expeted yield, H3 - balance fertilization with incorpation of residues after harvest. Incorporation of intercrops and clover leads to the increasing energetic efficiency of crop rotation and energetic potencial strenghening of soil. The reaction of grain maize to observed factors has been different in each year.
