In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were revealed epizootological features of helminthosis of wild and domestic ducks. Results of research into the fauna of helminthes of wild and domestic ducks in the northern zone of Belarus showed that general percentage of their invasion rate is high in this region. Wild ducks in the region have representatives of all four classes of helminthes registered: trematoda, cestoda, nematode and acanthocephalan. Domestic ducks had trematoda, cestoda and nematoda. Wild domestic ducks of Braslav and Vitebsk districts are invaded most of all. The highest percentage on invasion rate of wild and domestic ducks is achieved by cestoda, on the second place are trematoda, the third place is occupied nematode, the fourth place in wild ducks – acanthocephalan. A number of factors: economic, soil-climatic and hydrological ones of the given zone specify high extension of helminthes invasion of wild ducks.
